Was out and about today enjoying the blue sky, Went around the old Gold Medal and North Star Blankets ruins, and snapped a few shots.

Spring 2010 Flood

I was out in Chaska with my buddy Ben, We were on a old train bridge that went over the MN river, Probably should have not been on the bridge. Each time a chunk of ice hit the concrete/ brick columns the whole bridge would move, but you have to do what you have to do to get the shot you want. It was worth it in the end once i stitched the photos together into a couple animated .gifs. Check back, this will be a ongoing post until the river levels drop

 
   

First thunderstorms..

I got woke up this morning to the wonderful sound of thunder and pitter patters of raindrop on the roof. It was so relaxing, but I just had to wake up and check out the radar. What did I see?  A small thunder storm over head. Decided to sit at the computer a bit longer and watch another possible developing thunderstorm with its eyes on me, a little while later, Lightning and thunder. What a great way to start the day. What makes it slightly odd, There is still some snow on the ground! Gotta love MN Weather.

And to top it all off. I got this sweet picture yesterday when it was foggy

World Of Wheels 2010

Great car show, Just like last year. The only thing that I did not like about the show was the price of food and drink, Well, that and the lighting of the show, I was all over the place on shutter speed.
